I needed to write today

I’ve been doing pretty good.

I’m back at work , and I must say I am off to a great start

I needed to write today

I need to say what’s on

My heart

I need to continue to embrace each feeling I have… good or bad.

I need to know that each day brings a new day to love.

Today, I share my love with the world.

Rewind

Last April I went back to work after being out for most of the year. I battled breast cancer hard! I had the surgery, the reconstruction, but the healing of my wound proved difficult. I had a total of four surgeries and painful wound care but with the help of so many loved ones. I made it through. The radiation therapy was intense. The wounds were raw, and the constant opening of the repairs,delayed my return to work.

Oh, I believed in my healing, but, I worried so much about the what would I do if I didn’t have my job!

Isn’t my life more important?

The battle was won, and I was back. The assignment was a little more challenging, but I went back and I handled it.

Breathe

During my journey,

I started thinking about the moves I could make. How to work on my other love, poetry. I didn’t start anything new I just put out what I had done and the greatness I felt from that was beautiful. Although it’s not a monetary gain, it’s a personal joy.

I am thankful!

To Know I believed in my self enough to take on a challenge, helped me forget about that hell!

That pain left!

When you do what you love it feels so good!!!

Fighting for peace requires speaking up to those bad things.Justice is love too. I say this often, but I have to use it when dealing with certain situations!

I am a grandma! I love my granddaughter, and she loves me too!

What a Blessing! , Thank you Dear Lord,I love you!

Now this is surely the blessing!
